Your are safe in my embrase,
Cry your tears for I will catch them,

As I came across the Genpets website I found the content shocking, it states that they used DNA to Bio engineer a living breathing, feeling creature that is then packaged for sale as a pet. Being as I wanted to help these poor defenseless beings my first instinct was to contact PETA http://www.PETA.org and I did. Here was their reply…
“You may be glad to know that “genpets,” and the accompanying Web site, are a hoax created by Canadian artist Adam Brandejs (http://www.brandejs.ca/portfolio5/gp01.php). While the cruelty depicted on this Web site may be artificial, the reality is that millions of companion animals die each year due to an overpopulation crisis fueled by an animal breeding industry that is all too real. To learn more about ways of helping companion animals, please visit http://www.HelpingAnimals.com.”
As I read the statement for the reasoning behind the sculpture by Adam Brandejs I then found it was to send a message of public awareness of how our society is run. As quoted by the artist,
“In 1985, the US Patents and trademarks Office (PTO) affirmed the legal precedent, ruling that genetically engineered plants, seeds and plant tissue could all be patented”
If things keep going this way for it to be o.k. to Bio Engineer plants then Genpets (or something like it) being not what nature intended will be the next step to humans interfering with nature.
Thumbs up to Canadian artist Adam Brandejs (http://www.brandejs.ca/portfolio5/gp01.php) for putting forth this important topic, and thumbs down to Bio Engineering!
My vote is to leave nature alone, the way GOD intended it to be 100% Organic!
Sphere: Related ContentI remember the days on the farm when I was young. I would sit in the fruit trees on a hot summers day, eating pears, and plums and cherries. My middle eldest brother and I would do lots of fun things together. We would build forts out of moss, rocks and sticks. We would make mud pies, and throw them at the hill and make a giant mess. Then I remember gazing up at the clear blue sky and I felt so happy.
We would ride our bikes to our friends house a mile or so away, then we’d all jump into the ocean and splash the day away. Sopping wet with sand in our shoes we’d make the tired trip home, and pass out in our beds.
Some days we would play in the barn with the hay bales. We would stack them so high they would teeter. Then we would play double dare and see who could walk the whole way across without falling. Not the smartest thing to do, but it sure was good for a thrill.
We went grocery shopping with my mother one day. We ate a whole jar of dill pickles before we left the store. My Mom got us each a chocolate bar. We were both sitting in the back of our car on the way home, my brother passed out and fell asleep on me. I had my chocolate bar in the hand that he was laying on, but I never moved so I wouldn’t wake him up. When we arrived at our house my Mom carried him in the house and put him to bed I sat there looking at the melted chocolate all over my arm and smiled. That was the best chocolate bar I never ate.
I will never forget my eldest brother taking care of us after school before my mother would get home from work. He would let us watch “V” and make us the best cheese toast I have ever eaten. Things always taste really good when they are make with love.
My sister used to let us stay up late with her and watch scary movies. One night she made this giant batch of fluffy, rich, chocolate icing, it was so good we ate the whole bowl as we watched “Children shouldn’t play with Dead Things”. Well we were all laying on the floor under the blankets, and we were all to scared to turn off the TV. So we chain linked me and my middle eldest brother to my sister, pushed the off button and she reefed us back into the covers. I don’t think that I slept that night, but today I remember it with a smile.
In the winter we would scuff along the carpet and play zap. I remember one day in particular, I was scuffing for a good 10 minutes or so when my father came in and sat down on the couch. I wanted to say hello so I sat down on his knee. “ZAP” went my butt. We of coarse both of us got the giggles, and had a really good laugh. Then we sat together listening to opera music.
When the power would go out, my mother would help us make roasted apple sauce over the fire place. She would wrap apples in tin foil, and place them in the fire. I often wondered what hot oranges would taste like and if it made orange sauce. So I asked my mother for an orange, but we did not have any at the time so she gave me a glass of orange juice. She of course did not know what I wanted to do with this so when she went to get some blankets I placed the glass of orange juice on top of the metal fire place. Well yes the glass of orange juice got hot and broke, and the orange juice went everywhere. I always remember this day because of how my mother dealt with this with kindness and understanding. She never got mad at me for wrecking the glass or making the mess. She simply ask why, and I explained how I wanted to try hot oranges. She told me that that was ok, smiled and gave me a kiss.
Life isn’t always perfect, but we can take the happy memories of times spent with family and friends and put joy in our hearts when we need it. Family, love and friendship in my opinion are what matter most in this life. So take each moment in, tell your family you love them, and live your life with happiness and joy in your heart.
Sphere: Related ContentWe have all been there, and done that when it comes to diets, but which ones really work. From my own personal experience being a mother of two I know what it is like to have to struggle and strain to get those unwanted pounds off. Well the first step to diet success is to change the way you think about food. We’ve all been there, the moments in our lives where food is a comforting friend to turn to only to find that later it has attached itself to our now rounded bottoms. This is where the expression you are what you eat literally comes into play.
We should not really just diet we should change our lifestyle. Food is fuel for our bodies to run properly so if you put the cheap stuff in, A.K.A. FAST FOOD, your energy level, mood and life style will suffer for it. Try packing your lunch and snacks before you leave the house your body and your mind will thank you for it.
Before starting any diet and exercise program first check with your Doctor. The first diet and exercise program that I tried after my first born child was Slim in Six. This diet and exercise program helps build your endurance, strength muscles and gets you on the right eating track to a healthy life style. If you want to get a head start you first start out on a two day juice fast. I personally lost 6 pounds in two days, but keep in mind everyone is different. You then go on a six day fast track diet to kick your fat burning into gear. This consist mainly of protein and vegetables. You will be eating three meals a day plus two snacks. Your meals and snacks will be spaced two hours apart. At the end of the six days I was down another three pounds. After this head start I got into the swing of things. With this program you exercise before breakfast and lunch with the Debbie Seibers exercise videos that come with the program. My body got toned and my confidence level was elevated. I actually had to go by new clothes. It was hard work. but it was all worth it in the end. You may find this program at http://www.beachbody.com another popular weight loss and body sculpting program on their website is Power90.
Well then came my second child and another forty pounds of baby weight. This was most distressing, I was exhausted. I tried and tried to kick myself into gear, but the lack of sleep was just taking a toll on me physically. So I decided after I was done breast feeding I would battle the bulge. I came to discover this next diet plan from a close friend of mine whom also had weight issues. She lost a total of 100 pounds on this program. It did however cost a pretty penny, but I decided my health was worth every last cent. This diet cost about $350 to start and then an additional $160 every week. The Dr. Bernstein Diet. Do not try this diet if you have no will power. They will not deal with anyone that will not stick to the program as they only deal in weight loss success stories, and do not see the benefit of taking money from those whom are not serious about losing the weight. Should you decide to try this program first consult with your Doctor as the caloric intake is very low. Some people may experience hair loss. Two protein servings, up to 16 oz of certain vegetables, two fruit servings only certain fruits are allowed, and two grain servings only certain types as well. You must goto the clinic three times a week for vitamin B injections as well as have your pee tested for ketones. You are also to take vitamins and are given a potassium prescription. It is a Doctor and Nurse supervised program. I was on the diet for about two and a half months and lost a total of thirty one pounds. You can lose anywhere from 16 to 20 pounds a month on this program. For more info and locations goto http://www.drbdiet.com
For those of you whom are on a tight budget. There are other web diet communities. My mother was the explorer on a low carb high protein diet and lost a whopping 57 pounds and she is 61 years old with hypothyroidism. You can also find a wide variety of support groups online. Good for those who like to have diet buddies that will give you the support you need.
Well now that you have the knowledge to go forth and conquer, I wish you all the best of luck in your quest for a happy, healthy life style. You can do it!

Sphere: Related ContentPlease check www.0Mesothelioma.com for a detailed information on Mesothelioma. Given below is an extract from the same.
Recent reports show that an estimated 2,500 to 3,000 new cases per year of mesothelioma are diagnosed in the United States each year. Although mesothlioma is relatively uncommon, projections show that its incidence is expected to rise over the next decade.
The first diagnosis of mesothelioma on average occurs between 50 - 70 years of age. Mesothlioma affects men more often than women mostly due to increased occupational exposure. The disease is also less common in African Americans than it is in white Americans.
As mesothelioma is disease that is difficult to detect in its early stages, often the disease is advanced at its first diagnosis. Accordingly, the average survival period using current treatment protocols is a little over one year. When fortunate enough to find the cancer early and treat it aggressively, chances increase significantly of reaching the two year survival point. Approximately 20% or patients diagnosed with mesothelioma are able to achieve a five year survival rate.
Those who live at least five years after their cancer is diagnosed have a good chance to continue living a productive life for many additional years. As treatment therapies continue to advance for mesothelioma, we can expect survival rates to continue to improve as well for those recently diagnosed.
Malignant Mesothelioma
Malignant mesothelioma is an uncommon form of cancer and of all asbestos related diseases, the most serious. The symptoms associated with the disease make it difficult for doctors to diagnose. Often, by the time that a proper diagnosis is made, the disease has progressed to a point where patients do not respond well to treatment therapy. Malignant mesothelioma is caused almost exclusively by the inhalation of airborne asbestos particles. Another unique factor associated with the disease is that there can be a long latency period between the time an individual is exposed to asbestos and the actual manifestation of the disease in the form of malignant mesothelioma.
Pleural Mesothelioma – affects the chest and lungs
Malignant pleural mesothelioma often originates within the chest cavity and can, at times, involve the lung. This particular form of mesothelioma can metastasize to numerous organs in the body – even the brain - and tends to do so more frequently than not.
Pleural mesothelioma is not always easily detectable. Frequently, in the early stages of the disease, symptoms may be mild. Patients usually report pain in one area of the chest that never seems to go away, weight loss and fever. Occasionally, other symptoms are more severe and include problems with breathing due to fluid build up in the chest. A CT Scan of the chest area has proven to be the best test for identifying how far along the disease has progressed.
Frequently serum markers are used to diagnose of various forms of cancer. Mesothelioma cannot be diagnosed using this method as no serum markers currently exist. If high levels of hyaluronic acid are present it may be possible to distinguish mesothelioma from other types of cancer or to determine the effectiveness of a treatment protocol.
The survival rate for patients diagnosed with pleural mesothelioma typically is not high. Patients typically do not live beyond seventeen months from the onset of symptoms. Only 8% of those diagnosed with mesothelioma will live three to five years from the onset of symptoms.
Peritoneal Mesothelioma – affects the abdomen
Peritoneal mesothelioma originates in the abdomen and will frequently spread to other organs in area including the liver, spleen or bowel. Severe abdominal pain is the most common complaint that patients present to their doctor. There may also be a discomfort level with fluid build up in the abdomen as well. Other symptoms of peritoneal mesothelioma may include difficult bowel movements, nausea and vomiting, fever and swollen feet.
The survival rate is even worse for those diagnosed with peritoneal mesothelioma will patients typically surviving only ten months from time that they first started experiencing the symptoms noted above.
Pericardial Mesothelioma – affects the heart
Pericardial mesothelioma is the least common form of mesothelioma. Pericardial mesothelioma, as the name suggests, involves the heart. This rare type of mesothelioma invades the pericardium, the sac that surrounds the heart. As the cancer progresses, the heart is not able to deliver oxygen as efficiently to the body causing further decline in health at an increasingly rapid rate. The symptoms most commonly associated with pericardial mesothelioma mimic those of a heart attack: nausea, pain in the chest and shortness of breath.
Benign Mesothelioma – affects the peritoneum
Cystic mesothelioma primarily affects women of younger age and affects the peritoneum. This type of mesothelioma is not frequently diagnosed and is also not a malignant form of the disease. It is, however, extremely difficult to identify and requires specialized microscopes and immunologic techniques to aid in diagnosis.
Mesothelioma in Uncommon Sites
A form of cardiac cancer that is rarely seen involves the pericardium. Tumors associated with this type of mesothelioma are not easily detectable and patients presented with this diagnosis tend to have a very low survival rate. There have also been reports of mesothelioma involving ovaries in women and the scrotum in men. Treatment for all of these rare forms of mesothelioma will vary depending on what stage a patient has progressed to but in most all cases the projected outcome is not favorable.
There are several risk factors that increase the likelihood that a person will develop mesothelioma. The primary risk factor is asbestos exposure. Exposure to this very harmful substance can significantly enhance the chances of contracting the disease. Other secondary factors include exposure to radiation, zeolite, simian virus 40 (SV40) and tobacco. We discuss each of these risk factors in more detail below.
Asbestos
Exposure to asbestos is the leading risk factor associated with mesothelioma. Asbestos is an insulating material comprised of magnesium-silicate mineral fibers. It was favored by builders and contractors for many years for its low heat conductivity and resistance to melting and burning. Since researchers have identified more and more links between mesothelioma and exposure to asbestos, the material is now less widely used. Prior to this discovery, however, millions of Americans have experienced serious exposure to this harmful substance.
Over 700,000 schools and buildings in the United States today contain asbestos insulation as reported by the US Environmental Protection Agency. Asbestos exposure doesn’t stop there, however. Asbestos is often found in ship yards, manufacturing facilities, railway facilities and construction sites. Blue collar workers are at the highest risk for developing mesothelioma due to occupational exposure and include those who work in mines, factories, shipyards, construction sites, railroads and for insulation manufacturers and gas mask manufacturers. The occupations most widely affected are miners, factory workers, railroad workers, ship builders and construction workers - especially those who install asbestos containing insulation. Sometimes family members related to the workers receive second hand exposure to asbestos from the dust and fibers that were brought home on the workers clothes and also become at risk for contracting mesothelioma.
Serpentine fibers and amphiboles are the 2 primary types of asbestos used. Chrysotile is a form of serpentine fiber and the most frequently used. These fibers tend to be curly and flexible. Amphibole fibers, however, are generally straight and thin and usually comprise one of five types: crocidolite, amosite, anthrophylite, tremolite, and actinolyte. The crocidolite type of Amphiboles is thought to be the leading contributor to cancer caused by asbestos. Serpentine fibers are dangerous as well, however, and have also been linked to mesothelioma.
Some research points to the fact that inhaled asbestos fibers cause a physical irritation resulting in cancer rather than the cancer being caused by a reaction that is more chemical in nature. As fibers are inhaled through the mouth and nose they are cleared from the body by adhering to mucus in the nose, throat and airways and then get expelled by coughing or swallowing. The Amphibole fibers (long and thin) do not clear as easily and it is therefore thought that they can embed into the lining of the lungs and chest and result in mesothelioma.
Asbestosis (scar tissue in the lungs) or lung cancer can also be caused by the inhalation of asbestos fibers. In fact, people exposed to asbestos are seven times more likely to develop lung cancer over the general public. Workers who sustain high levels of asbestos exposure are more likely to die from asbestosis, lung cancer or mesothelioma than any other disease. It is also believed that the action of coughing up and swallowing asbestos could contribute to a form of mesothelioma originating in the abdomen called peritoneal mesothelioma. Mesothelioma has been found to exist in other organs of the body as well such as the larynx, pancreas and colon, but those instances are extremely limited compared to lung cancer incidents.
The chance of developing mesothelioma is in direct proportion to the duration and amount of asbestos exposure that an individual sustains. Those who are exposed to high levels of asbestos at a young age, for long periods of time have a greater risk of being diagnosed with mesothelioma than those who have short, low level exposure. Another important consideration is that Mesothelioma can take a long time to manifest. Often, twenty to forty years can elapse from the time of exposure to diagnosis. Genetic factors can also play a role which explains why not everyone exposed to asbestos develops and asbestos related disease.
Radiation
Thorium dioxide (Thorotrast), a substance used in x-ray tests in the past has reported links to pleural mesothelioma and peritoneal mesothelioma. The use of Thorotrast has been discontinued for many years due to this discovery.
Zeolite
Some mesothelioma cases in the Anatoli region within Turkey have been linked to Zeolite, a silica based mineral with chemical properties similar to asbestos found in the soil there.
Simian Virus 40 (SV40)
Some scientists have found the simian virus 40 (SV30) in mesothelioma cells from humans and have been able to create mesothelioma in animals with the virus. The relationship between this virus and mesothelioma is still unclear, however, and further research is being conducted to gain clarity on this potential link.
Tobacco
Smoking alone is not linked to mesothelioma, but smokers who are exposed to asbestos have a much higher chance of developing lung cancer (as much as fifty to ninety percent higher). Research indicates that lung cancer is the leading cause of death among asbestos workers.
Sphere: Related ContentI SWEAR TO TELL THE TRUTH … THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE POOH TRUTH… MASTER CLEANSE HERE I COME…
Well let’s first start off with my reasons for starting the Master Cleanse. I am a 33 year old mother of 2 beautiful spunky children. I find myself always feeling tired and sluggish. I know this was partially due to the fact that I was from time to time feeling depressed and I could never figure out why. I would turn to food for comfort, and it was definatley the wrong kinds of foods, mostly carbs and of course chocolate. After my giving birth to my second child I could not shake the weight off or at least I did not know how to properly myself. So I went to a place called the Dr. Bernstein Clinic. To start it costs about $350 plus $160 a week. You have to go to the clinic three times a week for shots (They test your pee for ketones also) and put you on a diet which consists of 2 3.5oz servings of protein, up to 16oz a day of specific vegetables, 2 fruit servings like say an apple and a med orange, minimal carbs like 2 triscuits would be 1 serving. I lost 34.2lbs going from 194.2lbs to 160lbs, and I started to feel good again. This took about 2 and a half months to acheive. I stopped going to the clinic because I had a bad reaction to the over load of potassium I was told to take while on the diet. I lost hair, had heart palpitaions, loss of breath and became extremely dizzy.
Well needless to say went back to my bad old eating habits and gained back about 15lbs. With this I am very displeased with myself so I tried going back on the Dr. B diet cold turkey without the shots, pills and the supervision only to find myself not sticking to the diet. I talked about this with a friend of mine whom then told me about the Master Cleanse, so night after night I began my reaserch on the internet reading about other peoples experiences and how they have benefitted from doing it. It flushes out all of the toxins from your body and gives you a fresh start. No more craving bad food! This caught my interest even more so off to the local organic health food market I went.
I purchased the Master Cleanse book for $9.95 Canadian, 1lt bottle of grade B organic Maple Syrup for $27.89, 3 batches of organic lemons for $6.29 each, herbal laxitive tea $5.49, bag of cayenne pepper $1.99, non-iodized seasalt $1.99, hand juicer $0.99, measuring spoons $0.99.
I came home read the book from front to back, and with a feeling of inspiration and enlightenment began to drink the lemonade which consists of 10oz glass of warm water (I made it hotter like tea) with 2 Tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice, 2 Tablespoons of Organic Grade B Maple Syrup, and 1/10 of a Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper. You should drink about 6 to 10 glasses of this per day plus as much water as you can. Everymorning before you have anything else you must drink 1 quart of luke warm water with two teaspoons of seasalt. Now this is discusting so make sure you have some fresh water close by you will need it. DO NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE BEFORE YOU HAVE DONE YOUR BUSINESS IN THE BATHROOM!!! This should take about an hour and a half to take effect. Also each morning after the salt water drink your herbal laxitive tea as well as before bed each night while on the cleanse.
The Days of My Master Cleanse Experience
March 4/08(1st day)Weight 175.4lbs: Drank 8 - 10oz glasses of lemonade + herbal laxitive tea. I feel at peace knowing I am doing something good for my health, and I am not hungry. Peeing like crazy!
March 5/08(day 2)Weight 174.4lbs: Had a minor bowel movement this morning… kinda had ta force it out (pardon moi) … dropped off my son at Pre-school and then ….DUN DUN DUnnnnn … 9:00am I did the seasalt flush (Oh lordy I almost wanted to vomit) Had to suck on a lemon after to get the taste out of my mouth. 10:20am .. Bawoosh! …. Oh my lord the raging river has cometh it was like someone pulled the leaver on my internal toilet bowl I could actually feel the saltwater travel through my bowels. Well that feels betta …. 10:45am Drank my herbal laxitive tea … going to pick up my son … Well folks I almost didn’t make it home for the muddy river come backeth. Ran to the toilet for yet another Bawoosh!!! ….. Hense why we are not supposed to go out for awhile after we take the saltwater flush…. On to start drinking my lemonade …. Still not hungry (I just feel great …Yipee!) … Ok I went to the bathroom like 3 more times …. eeegads that flush works! (Great my husband just told me on the phone that last night I was farting so much in my sleep that he thought the blankets were gonna get blown off!) How embarassing … lol!
Ok I just went to the bathroom and I swear I just doodied cayenne pepper …. burns …. My bumb … my bumb …. My bumb is on fire! Think I may be using to much cayenne pepper. Ok bathroom again … FIRE! Owwee FIRE! Why has no one mentioned the FIRE down below…. I could have used the warning!!!
Ok so I found this on the internet: Hot bowel movements — Your body wastes are acidic and when you eliminate the most toxic ones, they actually feel anywhere from warm to burning. This experience is very infrequent, but worth mentioning because hot bowel movements after a day of heavy detox symptoms will confirm that you just eliminated significant toxins.
Well I must say this works in lightening speed … one day on the cleanse and it’s already kickin the toxins out … Go lemonade! Gotta go drink more water.
Ok so the water turned into peppermint tea I just can’t handle the taste of water after this mornings salt water flush. I went grocery shopping for the rest of my family this evening (Try to not do this if possible while on the cleanse) The smells and the sight of all of your favorite things is just plain torture.
It is 8:30pm and I am already sleepy…Found this on the net…Tiredness — When your body fights toxins, whether from detoxifying or an infection, it diverts energy into healing and away from the energy you use to work and play. I only drank 6 glasses of the lemonde …Just wasn’t all that hungry today.
Time for my Herbal Laxitive Tea … See ya tomorrow (So sleepy)
March 6(day 3)Weight 174.4lbs:Ok so last night was pretty ruff I felt weak so I drank another glass of the lemonade… I tried to go to bed at 9:00pm … but that just wasn’t happening … my silly little girl flipped and flopped and just wasn’t going to bed 1:00am finally she falls asleep … then my stomach starts …. I went to the washroom 4 times in a row … bit of a gutt wrenching experience. I did not lose any weight which means I probably did not drink enough water … so I’ll have to step that part up a knotch. Had some minor moosh this morning for a BM.
I am going to go take my son to his swimming class before I do the saltwater flush.
Ok I just did it I drank two cups of warm water first… I put both teaspoons of seasalt in about 200ml of hot water … had 2 more cups of cold water to chase after shooting down the smaller yet more potent seasalt drink. Then I sucked on a lemon … I just cannot put myself through glug after glug of that taste. I almost vommited yesturday from it. This trust me is much easier. .. Just let it mix with the water already in you stomach….. 1:00pm first Sploosh mixed with orange mustard….1:17pm second sploosh a orange mustard color. No folks no one said this was going to be pretty!
I have noticed a change in my mood … I used to feel grumpy or bumbed out now I feel calm … It’s rather lovely!
BAwooooooosh ……. Bawoooooosh …. need I say more! I swear it looks like pee but from the back end …. Sorry but I am just trying to give the best description of this whole experience so yall will know what really happens.
2:47pm on my 6th glass of the lemonade … I drank another glass of water did not like it though just reminds me of the salt water flush and makes me gag. (Forcing it down really)
I am so full … I feel like I need a nap!
My husband is hilarious — He just told me on the phone from work that he was in an elevator by himself after taking his co-worker out for some sushi. He said that he let one rip as he thought it was safe as he was almost to the bottom… He said that he wanted to run away from himself it smelt feroshious…. and then DING … enters a white collar woman holding a starbucks coffee she entered the posioned elevator and took her first breath as the doors were closing … she then looked upon my stinky man with a look of death … as though he had ruined her entire day as well as the taste of the fresh starbucks coffee she was about to enjoy. My husband said he could tell that the fumes from his fermenting FART were entering the sip hole on her cup and life just would not be the same for her after she took her first tainted sip of her coffee and realized that it just tastes like my husbands passed gas.
As he was still on the phone with me he then proceeded to his car with a humourous tone in his voice as though he had just won a battle only to enter his vehicle and hence … once again … Fired down below. (I heared it it was so loud kind of sounded like BU-AEN!) Oh god I’m going to die … let me out …. I stink I stink!
I laughed so hard I had to run to to bathroom and once again pee out of my ass! I appologize if there are those of you out there that do not find farts as funny as I do! My husband said he should definatley try the cleanse …. He can not handle the smells of his own poot poots!
Ok about 5:00pm I started to feel tired again…then weak …. then I laid in bed cause I was cold … called my husband he insisted that I eat something …. so I ate 3 oranges and a glass of orange juice…. 2 minutes later I was in the bathroom on the toilet tired and dizzy … pooing what felt like straight acid my bum hurts now!!! Had a hot shower feel a bit better … feel a bit tired and weak ….
Ok had some more lemonade feel ok now but I have not stopped pooping acid. Serious but pain I am using my sons Kandoos can’t use normal toilet paper it’s too RUFF! ouchy!
I was reading on the internet that this lady had a solid bowel movement on her 9th day on the cleanse. Eegads the logs was stuck up river!
I feel bloated, my stomach is sticking out more than when I started … could it be that I too have a poo stuck in me …. I never drank my herbal laxitive this morning due to the fact that I just have not stopped going to the bathroom like all day long … well I will daringly drink it before bed … but much later than when I did last night it seems to work quickly on me.
Well it’s 7:22pm gotta go make dinner for my family … see ya tamorrow!
March 7(day 4)Weight 174.4lbs: Ok so I felt weak and tired again last night so I had some steamed spinach with a teaspoon of tahini and a few walnuts with some orange juice. Listen to your body - my body told me it needed iron hence why I ate the spinach. My husband decided to give it a try … so last night he had three glasses of the lemonade after he got home from work. Last night before bed we had the herbal laxitive tea… I woke up at about 2:00am and was on the tiolet with gutt wrench until about 3:30am out came the oranges I had eaten yesturday afternoon… I am taking this as a sign that I am cleaned out or it would have taken alot longer to poop them out….My husband and I did the seasalt water flush this morning … he was in the bathroom within 15 minutes …. Getting rid of the smelly stuff…. I myself am still waiting …. guess I am used to it it has been about 45 minutes now should come soon …. I will be going off of the cleanse today as I feel I should. I think I just heard him run to the bathroom again…Yup it’s definatley working. Another day another doody! I still feel bloated today…. Just lost my spinach … No real Bawoosh though as of yet …. My husband is in there again though … I am torn weither to stay on the cleanse or go off as I still have a bit of a fuzzy tongue and it states in the book that the reason for you feeling weak or dizzy is due to the poisions being stirred up in the sytem from the lemonade before they are released from the body. Ok so I guess I shouldn’t have eaten the oranges & spinach but there out now so on with the show. I just wish I had more energy, like it says you are supposed to feel.
11:30am Just lost the walnuts and some dark runny sludge … Yes it was a gusher folks! (I know you were dying to know that…ya u-huh!) I am going to go with my husband to a physiotherapist at 2:30pm to have him work on my back it keeps hurting me. I hope I don’t poop when he pushes on my back (Scary!)
My husband has already fumbled on the cleanse by eating oatmeal… Now he says he’s gonna start all over again… and … the river flows once more and will most likely continue throughout the day.
Gotta go make some lemonade - Hi I’m back went to the doc got a crack or two … He’s a funny asian fellow … He said that he likes Italian people cause if dey like you dey nice but if dey don’t like you … you know right away cause dey just shoot you. LOL!
Well I decided to release myself from the master cleanse as it was not making me feel more energized I was feeling weaker and weaker even though I kept drinking the lemonade… I definatley feel cleaned out no question …. my advice if ya wanna do … do it for a couple of days at a time…. Sphere: Related ContentI for one am not an experienced traveller, but I did travel to Cancun, Mexico to the Maya Riviera. We stayed at a resort called the Bahia Principe Tulum. This resort is all inclusive. The cost for the trip was about $1200.00 per person for 10 days. (Rates do vary depending on the season). We found a really great deal online at http://www.selloffvacations.com . This included our flight, hotel accomidations, alchohol, beverages, food (breakfast, lunch & dinner buffet plus snacks and three ala carte dinners). The Bahia Principe has three resorts on the same property. Koba, Akumal, & Tulum. You are able to watch all of the shows, and eat at all of the buffets. The rooms were nicely decored with a breezey tropical feel. The staff was very helpfull and pleasant to talk to. It is a family friendly environment, but it is also common for honeymooners to stay at the resort as well. I highly recommend this resort to travellers. I could not have asked for a better experience. My first trip out into the wide world was a memory that I will cherish for years to come. You may find more info and see photos at their webiste http://www.bahia-principe.com Happy Travelling!

Drift off to dream land in your beds,
I will kiss you on your cheeks,
So soft and tender while you sleep,
You are my angels, my morning kiss,
You came from heaven, and gave me bliss,
I thank God for my babes who gave me joy,
One my girl the other my boy,
I look at you and tears fill my eyes, but not from sadness…
Oh no… Not from this…
They are tears of joy and I thank you for this.
